With Wings

Living in the city, I found this week's theme a little challenging.  I kept going on my roof looking for a bird, plane, or anything with wings to photograph.  Then this morning, while walking to Prospect Park, I came across this statue at the park entrance and just loved it.

    I love it! Had you ever noticed that statue before? I love this project because it made me start opening my eyes and actually SEEING the world rather than just rushing past it x

    Nope, never noticed, and I can't tell you how many times I've literally walked right by it! I can already tell that's exactly what I'm going to love about this project too. So fun to actually look around instead of just passing by everything!

    it is so true that this week made you take notice for sure! The blue sky behind it made it seem so bold.
