Eat

I was lucky enough to have my mom in town this week to spoil me with delicious dinners. While I rarely order chicken when I go out to eat, we were assured that this would be one of the best. And we were not disappointed - here is the amazing roast chicken stuffed with foie gras that we had at an incredible NYC restaurant. Mmmm...

    Lucky you, scrumptious chicken and hope all was consumed , or the feet were mine:)) and the vivid rosemary , so fun and can only imagine the foie gras!!

    I have definitely never seen a chicken cooked like that. It looks delicious (at least most of the parts). I will not be fighting Mimi for the feet.

    I've never seen it presented like this, makes one remember what your eating! not just chicken meat, but chicken! still my fave!
