Yummy
I don't think this picture does justice - but a family favorite...... my sisters' famous stuffed mushrooms.......
Stephanie, great shot. I love close up photos. Like Janet's wrapped water chestnuts, want to pass along the recipe? Between leg of lamb, Melissa's mom's meat sauce, appetizers, banana bread, drinks, etc., I'm thinking a recipe exchange might be in order.
These look so tantalising. Not sure why you are worried about the photo not doing the mushrooms justice. It certainly does. I particularly like the lighting on the the bottom right that gives the shows the heat of the melted cheese. I can almost smell the goodies. Wish I could sample them!
Wow, awesome picture... but then again the treat was awesome :) I will be sure to share the recipe, as soon as I find it! It came from the Kilbride School cookbook when my sisters kids were doing a fundraiser. LOVE the book, love the mushrooms. I will send to Kim/Gemma to share. Thanks for the plug Steph but not sure if they beat the water chestnuts...
They were delicious!! I like how the water is beading on the tray. Great detail.
