WILD

Having survived the pheasant shooting season, 1st October-1st February, this male flew into our garden today, on cue, for Project 52's WILD week!  We spied a female a few days ago so no wonder this male is strutting his brilliant plummage.

    What an amazing photo; never thought a pheasant was so colorful and cannot imagine hunting such an exotic looking bird. Very special take!
