The soda straws are kept in this dish at work. I preferred the reflection off the power socket as opposed to a direct shot.
This is a photo challenge to take a picture a week, for 52 weeks. We have multiple contributors posting from around the world on the same theme by Sunday night. The weekly themes are listed at the bottom of the page. Enjoy!

In a dish
My "dish" at work that holds my special stuff. My weight watchers keychain, lucky breast cancer golf ball and my son's first grade school picture.

Last remaining remnants of Christmas kisses, now lonely and cast away by common resolutions, as seen from their point of view: from the bottom of the dish looking upward, and perhaps hopeful for a few fingers to reach in and lift them up and away...

In a dish
We lived in Hawaii for a couple of years and I loved walking the beach. Along the way I would collect sea glass to turn into jewelry. It never made it past this little bowl given to me by a good friend as a going away gift. On these cold days in San Diego, I sure do miss the tropical breezes, and my friends there!

In a dish
This is my mom. If she ever puts something in a dish for you to eat, do it. You won't be disappointed. Best. Cook. Ever. And she never even follows a single recipe.

In a dish...
A dishful of fun Christmas candy and alas no friends or family left to eat it! Guess it will have to be me!
